Bill Keating is an American politician currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 9th congressional district, a position he has held since January 3, 2013. With the decision to export oil and natural gas, we also have the opportunity to be highly strategic in thinking about our energy export policies and the geopolitical context they create.
