It is not my intention to recommend the reinsertion of this language, no. I will say again, though, it is my intention to continue this debate with you on every 5-year plan, leasing plan, every discussion we have at Interior about how and what we know and do not know about resource development of this country, just as it is to help you find out everything we can about our environmental resources.
