just to make everyone clear on the fact that the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Markey) is the principal author of these on-line privacy provisions, and they come, as he has pointed out, with full recommendation of the FTC and many consumer and family and children's support groups around America. I have a long list. I also wanted to add that the provisions do include a safe harbor provision which says to the industry that if they can come up with a better provision, they can submit it to the FTC, and that would be the one that would be used. That is a very good type of provision that we like to include in this type of Internet legislation.
