Because of our efforts, we now have a balanced budget, $70 billion in surplus. Because of our efforts, we have the lowest interest rates in a generation. Because of our efforts, our children have a future which, hopefully, if we can get our way, will be free of undue taxation and free of undue interference from Washington, D.C. That is our goal. That is our hope. That is our platform. We are prepared to run on that at any time. But to be accused of inciting conditions that caused the death of an American citizen frankly goes beyond the pale. I am really surprised that that was used in the rhetoric here on the floor.
