Bill Morgan Cassidy is an American politician and physician currently serving as the junior United States Senator from Louisiana, a position he has held since January 6, 2015. A member of the Republican Party, Cassidy has focused on various issues during his tenure, including healthcare, veterans' affairs, and economic development.
