My concern is that much of what has happened has happened despite Federal efforts, which have been actively inhibitory of bringing those domestically or those North American resources to the benefit of our blue collar workers.

Clearly our problem in our economy right now is unemployment, and we know that that unemployment is disproportionately focused upon blue collar workers.

Twelve dollars a doctor's visit is not. Fair statement? I mean, $12 is way below the threshold for somebody covering their cost.

I am a doctor that works in a public hospital for the uninsured, and they always point out that when more people are put on Medicaid, my lines get longer.

That seems to be contrary to objective analyses from those not connected with government.
