I believe any release of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve timed along with proper funding and proper CFTC authorization would drive prices down to that level and more.
I would say it is the concern that I would like to see more discussion about the transition from essentially a petroleum-driven economy to an alternatively fueled economy.
