I ask unanimous consent to submit for the record October 30, 2023, Executive Order from Joe Biden titled, 'Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence,' where he says AI reflects the principles of the people who build it and then tries to reserve it for the government.
