For the first time since the law was enacted, a concurrent resolution has passed in accordance with 5(c) of the law, but the White House has ignored it.

Privacy is not a loophole for criminals. It is a precondition for a free society, and the Supreme Court just said so in as many words.

I’ll soon be introducing a bill to withhold all federal funding for cameras used to track American citizens.
