Res. 26, relating to the disapproval of the proposed foreign military sale to the Governments of Bahrain and Qatar. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The motions are now pending and will be debated concurrently until the hour of 11:30 a.m., with 7 minutes each reserved for the chairman and the ranking member.
