I think the big blowback is if we don’t do something to reduce the deficit we’ll be seen as hypocrites.

It was bad advice. It was terrible advice. We never should have hired him to be a public health expert.

It might not have cut all that I would have liked to see, but it's a start at reining in Washington's crazy spending
