Rand Paul: “The Federal Reserve is responsible.”

It was a judgment error. It was a profound judgment error.

Today we will vote on 2 budgets: One spends $100 billion MORE and is not offset by cuts. Pure debt. The other budget actually cuts spending by $400 billion dollars! Call your legislators and demand they vote for NO MORE DEBT!

To save Americans from what very well could be the largest tax increase imposed by a Republican Congress, I offer an amendment that strikes the authority to impose tariffs of up to 100 percent on an ever-changing list of countries.

I don't think this has ever been truly and fully adjudicated.
