The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To establish an average adjusted gross income limitation of $250,000 for all payments and benefits under the Farm Bill) Strike section 1605 and insert the following: SEC. 1605. AVERAGE ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME LIMITATION. Section 1001D of the Food Security Act of 1985 (7 U.S.C. 1308 3a) is amended by striking subsection (b) and inserting the following: ``(b) Limitations.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person or legal entity shall not be eligible to receive any payment or other benefit under the Agriculture Reform, Food, and Jobs Act of 2012, or any amendment made by that Act, during a crop, fiscal, or program year, as appropriate, if the average adjusted gross income of the person or legal entity exceeds $250,000.''.
