Madam President, I would say touche, a good response, I think well worth thinking about and difficult in the sense that I don't think there are any of us who really were opposed to getting bin Laden. There is a question, you are right, exactly whether there was imminence involved. I think, though, when we start talking about standards, whether we have standards in battlefields, standards overseas, and standards at home, I think the standard at home has to be incredibly high. I don't believe we are involved in a battlefield here. I don't believe you have given up due process here. I don't know that bin Laden had any due process. I yield for a question from the Senator from Texas.
