It troubles me that they think they have the authority to do targeted drone strikes inside, particularly when there are examples of the Twin Towers and 1941 Pearl Harbor. Those would be attacks we would repulse no matter who we knew was coming in. There wouldn't be a targeted strike on an individual at a designated time. We would repulse those attacks militarily and they wouldn't even fall into the category of what we are talking about here as targeted drone strikes. We might use drones, but they wouldn't be what we are talking about. These are questions we have been asking all day. So they have answered a question, just not the question we asked. Mr. McCONNELL.
