in accordance with rule V of the Standing Rules of the Senate, I hereby give notice in writing that it is my intention to move to suspend Rule XIV, paragraphs 3 and 4 for the purpose of moving to proceed to S. 768, a bill to provide for continuing operations of Government in a fiscally responsible manner. ____________________
