I do not get a good feeling that a decade after September 11, 2001, we know where everyone in the country is who is on a student visa.

Could some of them be potential attackers? The people who attacked us on September 11, 2001, were here on student visas.

I think there is a big picture here that we still need to be pursuing as far as the safety of our country is concerned.

So there are a million people coming into the United States every day from other countries.
