Rand Paul: “I want to thank you all for testifying, for coming and taking your time.”

To save Americans from what very well could be the largest tax increase imposed by a Republican Congress, I offer an amendment that strikes the authority to impose tariffs of up to 100 percent on an ever-changing list of countries.

I mean, I'd like to hear him say he's sorry.

That needs to be debated by the country. Is the knowledge of creating viruses that could kill the world worth the risks? And I don't think it is.

I think he actually could do better in the hearing if he'd come forward and apologize for funding this research.
