I think I understand that question. The phone companies aren't excited about it, but they will do it if they are paid and told to do it, basically. But the phone companies, I don't know. I don't how much objection they have had to the current system and the new system. They probably don't want to have to hold all this. There are rumors that the people who want more will require them to. I don't think, under the current USA FREEDOM Act, they are going to be required to hold the records, but they are going to be encouraged to and paid to hold the records. So I think the real question is, Is the USA FREEDOM an improvement or are we just going to have bulk collection done by another name, with phone companies holding the records. That is what my fear is.
