So I will ask for unanimous consent to pass a bill to guarantee that Hamas will not receive any of our foreign aid. I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Foreign Relations be discharged from further consideration of S. 2265 and that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.…”
