Rand Paul: “I have greater respect for the American people than you do. I think the American people can figure out the truth.”

If good intentions created laws, or created good laws, there would be no need for congressional debate.

I would think he would have a great shot.

I have no doubt that the authors of this bill genuinely want to protect children, but the bill they have written promises to be a Pandora's box of unintended consequences.

If it goes to him, he might condescend if he decides to do so, to let us look at some information.
