We will hand carry this over to the attorney general. We will hand carry this to the district court here in (the District of) Columbia.

We only have one question: Whether to hold a witness responsible for his contempt toward Congress.

No one's ever heard an apology from him. All they hear is sort of the idea that he never did anything wrong and that there's nothing wrong with that.

The next step will be when we send the referral over directly to the Department of Justice.
