I introduced the American Confidence in Elections Act--it is the ACE Act--a comprehensive bill focusing on the importance of strong election-integrity reforms.

As of now, we are in complete compliance, we believe in the Executive Order with regard to private prisons.

My concern is--and I would like to know from you--where is that data that can be used by our local DOT in the State of Illinois, or elsewhere in the country, or local governments, where is that sourced from?

On another issue in my district, we have consistently had the worst on-time service for the Saluki Express and the Illini Express Amtrak routes in central, eastern, and southern Illinois.
