On another issue in my district, we have consistently had the worst on-time service for the Saluki Express and the Illini Express Amtrak routes in central, eastern, and southern Illinois.

This right there, Chairman Kilmer, is just great leadership, because he is going to be here the entire time.

I would envision, if the majority changes here in the House, any legislation that is passed into law would likely have more environmental review provisions like One Federal Decision.

I can't think of a more tone-deaf hearing to be having today.
