On another issue in my district, we have consistently had the worst on-time service for the Saluki Express and the Illini Express Amtrak routes in central, eastern, and southern Illinois.
My concern is--and I would like to know from you--where is that data that can be used by our local DOT in the State of Illinois, or elsewhere in the country, or local governments, where is that sourced from?
If somebody is impaired and driving, then they should lose their privileges if they test higher than what the legal limit is.
We are still working with the districts to make sure that we inspections, that we are still taking full responsibility for the treatment of our detainees.
