Small businesses are playing defense against an overreaching Federal Government. It is impeding the economic recovery and not fostering the predictability needed to create jobs. On another issue in my district, we have consistently had the worst on-time service for the Saluki Express and the Illini Express Amtrak routes in central, eastern, and southern Illinois.
