We believe strongly that the protecting of our judiciary is the protection of our democracy.

I would envision, if the majority changes here in the House, any legislation that is passed into law would likely have more environmental review provisions like One Federal Decision.

If somebody is impaired and driving, then they should lose their privileges if they test higher than what the legal limit is.
