Well, we`re here we`re here. We saw it happen. It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent a peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election, from one administration to the next. That`s what it was. Whether or not the RNC should be short of singling out members of our party who may have different views from the majority, that`s not the job of the RNC.
McConnell rejected the RNC's resolution regarding the January 6 insurrection and characterized it as a violent attempt to disrupt the electoral process.
