This is another example of partisan political power grab that we've seen since the beginning of this Congress.

Over the last few years Congress has appropriated record levels of funding to universities and many universities are using it well.

The American taxpayers don't want to spend any more money in Afghanistan.

I really don't see a viable long-term strategy for the United States in Afghanistan and I strongly support withdrawing the troops.
