Jack Conway: “We need to stop them.”

The cost comes in crime. People are committing thefts to get access to resources to buy pills.

I would challenge any of my colleagues to go back to their districts and say this is good government.

You don't have the guts to stand by your positions because once you get out there and put them out there and you realize you can't sell them and get elected on them and you step back from them.

We are in a war with drugs, and just the drug has changed.
