If the Administration would take just a portion of that $95 million that they are requesting for further work on the border, just a small slice of that money and devote it to a container security device, we could save most of the rest of the $95 million by not having to search the railcars or the trucks going to and from Mexico--if we had a reliable device that could tell us that it has not been tampered with on the way by a corrupted truck driver by the cartel.
