I am proud to inform him of the work the committee has done in our oversight hearings and in this bill to address the serious issue of airline delays. I am also pleased to report that the bill includes $8.5 million, which the Federal Aviation Administration is to use only for the redesign of the New Jersey-New York metropolitan region's air space.
