What you do need, Mr. Speaker, is a Federal agent there, with the proper authority, to receive information from our security agencies, the CIA, the FBI, the INS, the DEA, all of the Federal agencies that have something to do with learning whether or not you might be dangerous on that airplane. So it is the person that is getting on the plane that is altogether important, and, yes, the Federal Government needs a Federal agent at every checkpoint checking on the person that wants on the airplane.
