Questioning the enforcement of regulations in Texas by the EPA.

It is clear that EPA has no authority to implement or enforce the rule pending the judicial review process.
We feel quite confident that the Senate will recognize that we have perfected this legislation and they will adopt it.
I simply would ask, would you work with the providers to see about developing a model that is acceptable to everyone?
the Clean Air Act needed to be revisited.
