In order to reach Congress' statutory volumes there needs to be more ethanol in the system than can be absorbed just through E10.

I would like to inquire how much time is remaining on both sides. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentleman from Kentucky has 4\3/4\ minutes remaining. The gentleman from Illinois has 4 minutes remaining.

In my view, an appliance that saves a few dollars per year on energy but doesn't work as well is being penny wise and pound foolish.
