I just want to make one comment. I made the comment that the EPA did not quantify any health benefit from the reduction of mercury. I might also say that, in the court case, EPA tried to delay the Boiler MACT rule itself. In this legislation, because they lost that court case, we are simply saying we think you're right, that you do need to take a little bit more time. For that reason, I would respectfully oppose the amendment. I yield back the balance of my time. Parliamentary Inquiries
