I want to thank the gentleman from Michigan for raising the issue and the gentleman from Georgia. It does illustrate some of the shortcomings of this proposed regulation because, instead of encouraging clean renewable energy, it, in effect, is discouraging it because they are not getting credit for it. That is another problem. For that reason, we would be happy to accept this amendment and include it as part of this bill. Thank you all very much for bringing it to our attention.
