This is a little off topic. We have a young man who served the Energy and Commerce Committee and me personally for many years and did an outstanding job. His name is Jeff Mortier. Tomorrow is his last day as an employee of the House of Representatives. I just want to take this opportunity to thank him for the great job that he did and to wish him the very best in his new endeavor. The CHAIR. The question is on the amendment offered by the gentleman from California (Mr. Waxman). The question was taken; and the Chair announced that the ayes appeared to have it.
