I might say to the gentleman from Massachusetts, there is nothing in the TRAIN Act that would delay for 1 day the greenhouse gas regulations that EPA adopted last January. There is nothing in this bill relating to the Cement MACT as well. At this time, I would like to yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Griffith).
