This is so important, and I wish we could do this all day and all night and every day because frankly this is a good debate to be having. It is one of the few debates in the long time I have been here that we are actually having, and frankly it is why most of us came here. But in particular this amendment is vitally important because when we talk about campaign financing and campaign laws, mostly it is all sort of intertwined and related in one way or another. It is also we have a little problem with one group having an advantage over another group; that is why we have such a problem in the kinds of laws, FEC laws in 1974 that were totally written to protect the incumbents, and we all know that in fact that is why most of it was struck down by the courts. And so when we start regulating, we are picking winners and losers.
