The best way to build a school for our children is for each school district to do it as they do it right now. They say, what do we need? We need this many classrooms, we need these certain specifications, and they put it out for an open bid process, and then all the companies that build can bid on those bid processes, and the taxpayers know they get the best price for the school they are going to build. That is what they deserve for the sacrifice they pay in their taxes, and that is the best way, close to home, to make sure that each school is built in accordance to specifications and at the cheapest price.
