The material previously referred to by Mr. Barr is as follows: Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following: SECTION 1. SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES AND FORCED LABOR BY THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT. (a) In General.--Not later than 180 days following the date of the enactment of this Act, and each year thereafter for 5 years, each issuer, the securities of which are registered under section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or that is required to file annual reports under section 15(d) of such Act, shall submit to the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the Department of the Treasury the report described under subsection (b).…
