I have been very alarmed by the growing trend of politicization of access to capital.

The Supreme Court... recently held that the Dodd-Frank law violated the separation of powers.

I do think giving consumers access to competitive markets and clear rules of the road is, by definition, consumer protection.

I just think that we shouldn't leave it just to the agency and your leadership.
