Thank you, Governor Quarles, for returning to the committee as required by the Dodd-Frank law, and I appreciate your work, and I appreciate your commitment to reviewing and correcting some of these perhaps well-intentioned regulations but obviously overly burdensome regulations that are making it more expensive for Americans to access the capital they need to continue to grow our economy.
