This is why we do this. And you read the materials ahead of time, but it is very eye opening to me to hear that there is a regulation that's trying to be rolled out in California that there is no way to comply with.

As part of the FAA reauthorization we passed this year, vital policy solutions were included to bolster our Nation's aviation workforce.
