Reclaiming my time, the reading is correct. But these are people who are paid, their salaries are paid by the taxpayers in the District of Columbia. And it follows with the same logic that none of these funds contained shall be used for this petition drive or this civil action. I want to make one last point. We are not going to prohibit such action, we are just going to say the taxpayer funds will not argue both sides of the case.
