There is not transparency in this particular situation, it is a very troubling incident and the idea that we can talk here about holding people accountable and responsible, but we can't even get accurate information, it certainly seems like an attempt to cover that up.

I appreciate that. We have heard testimony from conservative groups they thought the definition was pretty clear until about 2012, but all of the sudden it looked like they were targeted and I think there is plenty of evidence of that.
The military and the Veterans' Business Outreach group, they are one of the best organizations, period, about not seeing race, color, sex, or anything else.
I would argue and go back to this issue with Secretary Shinseki and others, I think many times they are let down by those around them.
