Congresswoman Bachmann, I appreciate your leadership on so many issues. One of the inspiring parts of your life, to me, is you and your husband's efforts as foster parents. You have stories to share about the many children. Acting as a family, mom and dad to these kids, it sure must have made a difference in their lives.

The military and the Veterans' Business Outreach group, they are one of the best organizations, period, about not seeing race, color, sex, or anything else.
I appreciate that. We have heard testimony from conservative groups they thought the definition was pretty clear until about 2012, but all of the sudden it looked like they were targeted and I think there is plenty of evidence of that.
You don't want to kill new businesses in the cradle, as it were, by burdening them with unnecessary regulatory and tax burden complexity, uncertainty.
