As America's farmers and ranchers, we will do our fair share, I believe, to solve this problem, but so should the more than 80 percent of the farm bill spending for food stamps and other welfare programs.

I appreciate that. We have heard testimony from conservative groups they thought the definition was pretty clear until about 2012, but all of the sudden it looked like they were targeted and I think there is plenty of evidence of that.
You don't want to kill new businesses in the cradle, as it were, by burdening them with unnecessary regulatory and tax burden complexity, uncertainty.
So, again, you know, the frustration, we need to quit talking and we need to do something productive here.
