It was very targeted. It was decisive. It was justified, I would argue long overdue when one considers how much blood--American blood and others--that this monster had on his hands.

While there are things in the bill that I do not like or that I do not think are necessary, that is the byproduct of bipartisan negotiation and compromise, something I think we need more of these days.

The needs of New Jersey might be different than the needs of Kansas, but to impose a one-size-fits-all tyrannical regime from Washington, I think, is the wrong approach.

We oppose this bill and we think it is a very bad proposal, not only for employers, but for employees and for our nation's economy.
